After a remote consultation, prescriptions or sick notes are sent via email. Each account can include unlimited dependents, with top-up options available once scans and consultations are used.

No, credits cannot be transferred between employees. Medical history is stored on the portal under the user’s ID number. If a new user is added, they will need to be on-boarded as a separate account on the portal.
