Vox LTE performance remains device, coverage and network congestion dependent, so speeds cannot be guaranteed by what is termed a best-effort service.

The standard delivery fee for Telkom LTE from Vox is R149 incl VAT.

Your RICA documents will be required upon ordering Vox LTE which are:

• • Certified Copy of your I.D
  • Proof of Address not older than 3 months

• Telkom LTE is a month-to-month product.
• T’s & C’s do apply for termination of services.

Yes. An approved router is needed and can be purchased, or rented, from Vox.
