How do I access my email?

Your Email can be accessed as you need it. All you need is to check out our URL (webmail.vox.co.za) or click the link at the top of our web page (vox.co.za)

How do I change my password?

Our support team is ready and able to assist, and will reset your password with pleasure.

Why are my mails disappearing in my Webmail inbox?

Make sure your phone or outlook is not setup to delete mail from the server as this will automatically remove the mails from the inbox on the server.

If your phone or Outlook is setup to delete mail from the server, inbox contents will automatically be removed. To fix this, make sure this setting is not active.

Do I have to have my own domain to create an email address?

Not at all, you can leverage off our existing platform should you so desire.

Can I add my email address to my Outlook application

Yes you can. In fact, you can add your address to most Email app- including those on your phone.

Incoming server: imap.vox.co.za
Incoming Mail Server port: 993

Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.vox.co.za

SMTP Authentication: On (same Username as incoming)

SMTP Port: 587
