What happens after the end of my contract?

At the end of the contract, you have the choice of a complete technology refresh. In the event that you are still happy with the performance, we will migrate you to a refurbished laptop contract to drive immediate costs savings.

Do new laptops come with a warranty?

Yes, every new laptop is covered by manufacturer warranty for the whole contract period.

Is there next business day on-site support?

Yes, next business day on-site warranty support is available as a billable extra.

Do refurbished laptops have a warranty?

No. However, we will replace all faulty laptops with the same or similar specification if it’s hardware fails.

Does Vox backup laptops?

Backup is available as a billable option if required.
