Yes, when your Fibre line is down or unavailable you will receive a notification informing you that you are now consuming Data on the Fixed LTE-A network. Once the Fibre line is available again, you will receive a confirmation notification.
No, the LTE-A Failover service is dependent on your Fibre line being installed first. Once this is done, one of our on-site engineers will be able to set up your LTE-A Failover service.
