Features and Benefits

  • Work status and location

    Ability to track and manage your employees work status and location; whether working remotely or going back to the workplace (eg: Working from Home, at the office or on-site). It also includes leave, sick-leave and isolation.

  • Health status and questionnaire

    Employees are required to declare whether they have any illness related symptoms as prescribed by NIOH. Allows management to assess employee heath status by also monitoring isolations and test results.

  • Risk Questionnaire

    Employees to indicate if they may have been exposed to possible COVID-19 risk situations (eg: contact tracing, contact with a Covid-19 Positive person, travel outside the borders of the country, tested positive for Covid-19 or visiting a facility where Covid-19 is treated). Risk date is also required and notifications are send for high-risk scenarios.

  • Vulnerability Assessment

    Employees can be requested to complete a vulnerability assessment as per NIOH guidelines when then access Engage for the first time. This can be updated at any time, while outcome dates and results are required. Return to work fitness levels as well as compensation claim information are also available.

  • Return to the workplace

    The NIOH requires the submission of Return to Work information after employee isolation, positive testing, admission to hospital (if applicable) and outcome, dates and results.

  • Governance and compliance

    Stay compliant with COVID-19 reporting regulations whilst promptly being able to extract and upload the Data to the National Institute for Occupational Health (NIOH) systems as required.
