Moving house process:
Here’s everything you need to know if you're moving home and want to continue enjoying Vox services at your new location.
Let us know
Let us know at least 31 days before you move home, so we can place the order for your fibre line with the feasible FNO to avoid any delays.
There can be a lot of moving parts with a home move, but we’ll guide you through it.
Select your package
Check which Fibre options are available at your new address.
You can either keep your package or change things up for your new home. Your Vox agent will assist you.
Cancel your old package
Your current package is linked to your old address, your Vox agent will assist with this cancellation or transfer to the new tenant / owner.
Setup at your new address
We will send you a brand-new router. Follow the easy set up guide for self-installing the router. Depending on the service provider we would instead send one of our dedicated engineers to install the router for you.
Please take your old router with you to your new address so we can arrange for collection.
Cancelling your existing services
As the Fibre infrastructure is fixed to the premises, we unfortunately cannot move it to your new home, therefore we will need to process a cancellation for your existing services and we will require a min of a calendar months’ notice as per our standard T&C’s. Cancellation penalties might apply.
Chat to Agent.
Simply fill out the form and one of our friendly agents will give you a call.
They will walk you through every step of the way and ensure you get up and running with your new Vox service as soon as possible.
