Vox Cloud Mail can be accessed from the Internet URL and can be added to Outlook and your mobile phone.
Can I add more email addresses to my account?
Yes, you easily add new users by logging a call with our Support Team, who will gladly assist.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, you do, and we can assist here too, should you need to register one.
If my email is deleted, can it be restored?
Unfortunately not, however we do offer email archiving to assist with mail continuity and retrieval.
What if my email is with another provider?

What is Autodiscover?
Autodiscover is the feature that Outlook uses to obtain configuration information for servers to which it connects. In Outlook 2016 with Exchange servers, Autodiscover is considered the single point of truth for configuration information and must be configured and working correctly for Outlook to be fully functional.
How do I setup my mailbox on my computer or my phone?
Hosted Exchange is supported by most mobile and mail applications. Provided AutoDiscover for your email domain is configured correctly – You will need a username and password, as well as email address. Please bear in mind that in some instances your email may not match your username.

My profile won’t configure automatically – Can I setup my mail manually?
Later versions of Outlook do not allow users to configure profile manually and it is essential that Autodiscover is setup correctly. Only mobile devices allow for users to setup the profile manually. Please contact support for manual configuration.

Can I track and receive reports on banner clicks?
Yes, Branding is more than just an application of banners, signatures and disclaimers. It’s a full email signature marketing tool that informs you when and where a banner has been clicked on. The reporting function also specifies which campaign was advertised on the banner.
What are the dimensions for Branding banners?
Banner data size is restricted to a maximum of 100KB and its dimensions should not exceed 900×900 pixels. We support PNG, JPG and GIF files.
Can I apply Branding only to select email addresses?
Yes, Branding can only be applied to addresses that are specifically provisioned on the system. These addresses can have branding of signatures and banners that are also applied according to exclusion rules.
Does the branding tool work for any email platform?
Yes, Branding can be applied to all major email platforms, including Microsoft O365 and G-Suite.
What does Mimecast Continuity offer me?
The service will allow for access to live and historical email from familiar email client interfaces and supports business continuity planning.
Is Mimecast limited to any email platforms?
Mimecast services can integrate with all mail platforms (Office 365, Hosted Exchange or onsite exchanges).
How long are my emails stored within the Mimecast Service and how much space is allocated?
If you have opted for the Mimecast Archive Services, emails can be archived for up to 99 years depending on your archiving requirements.
