Vox Rewards is a discount loyalty programme available to new and existing Vox Fibre to the Home customers (*terms and conditions apply). Vox is one of the only South African Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to proudly offer our clients a lifestyle loyalty rewards programme.

The Vox Rewards programme opens access to a wide range of lifestyle benefits, which are not simply telecoms-related products.

This sets us apart from our competitors by offering extra value to our clients, with free rewards every month to give you a little extra help with your budget in certain designated areas.

  • The initial programme outreach is available to new and existing active Fibre to the Home customers. 
  • Customers need to have an active debit order with Vox through which they pay their accounts every month. 
  • Customers need to keep their accounts up to date. 
  • Please note that Terms and Conditions apply. 

Through Vox Rewards, customers can get access to significant Rands back in monthly savings, discounts, vouchers and coupons from some of South Africa’s favourite brands (please note: Ts and Cs apply). 

We are currently offering loyalty discounts across partners based in the retail, fast food, travel, tech and gadgets, education, online retail stationery and groceries sectors. 

Qualifying customers will earn points through certain actions. Your points score will then determine the Rewards Tier you are allocated. The various tiers are made up of categories that provide you with access to various loyalty discounts from our selected partners. 

You can work your way up to higher tier structures, thereby unlocking more benefits.

  1. Customers can move up a tier over time by buying an additional qualifying product from Vox that will earn you more points. 
  2. Customers can keep their 100 points score by NOT defaulting on a payment.  
  3. Customers will earn 100 points on their 1-year anniversary and another 100 points on their 5-year anniversary. 

You can earn points through the following actions:

  • Time as a Vox customer:
    • 0–12 months: 0 points
    • 1–4 years: 100 points
    • 5 years or more: an extra 100 points

  • Account in good standing:
    Keep 100 points by avoiding payment defaults. Accounts are checked every three months to confirm there’s been no suspension.

  • Add qualifying products:
    Earn up to 100 points when you add a Wi-Fi booster, a VoIP product, or both (maximum of 100 points for these products).

Joining the Vox Rewards programme is a simple online process. 

As a qualifying Vox Fibre to the Home customer, you can join the Rewards programme through the Customer Zone on the Vox website: https://customer.vox.co.za/login or by registering at https://rewards.vox.co.za/. 

  • To access your rewards, log in using your Vox Account Holder ID number or passport number and your registered PIN.
  • Your Rewards will be active 24 hours later. 

Please note: Tier Upgrades are done on a monthly cycle (you will see your updated Tier Status and benefits in the month after you are upgraded, on the 1st of the month). 

If you have forgotten your Rewards password, simply visit https://rewards.vox.co.za/ to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot password’ and then following the easy steps. 

To stay in good standing with your Vox Rewards, you need to keep paying your debit orders on your chosen products – it’s as simple as that. 

If you default on a debit order at any time, your Vox Rewards standing will be suspended, and you won’t be able to make use of the savings options available to you. 

However, by making arrangements to get back up to date with your debit orders, your Vox Rewards status can be reinstated. 

Yes, you can use your Extra Savings Card alongside your coupons for additional savings.

No, coupons are only redeemable in-store.

Each discount coupon applies once per product. For example, if you have five R10 discount coupons for Five Roses Tea in a month, you can use one coupon per box. So, you could buy three boxes in one shopping trip and apply three coupons.
