Any Vox customer can refer a friend. Sign in to the Customer Zone with your cell number and an OTP, and your referral link will be generated for you.
As many as you like. Every successful Fibre to the Home sign-up earns you R500 in credit, so five friends is R2 500.
Once your friend's Vox Fibre to the Home line has been installed and activated, and their first invoice has been paid, the R500 is applied as a credit to your Vox account.
Everything lives in the Customer Zone under Refer a Friend - your unique link, who has signed up, and the credit you've earned.
This offer is for Vox Fibre to the Home sign-ups. Your friend needs to take up an FTTH package for the referral to qualify.
Referrals need to be new Fibre to the Home services. An existing FTTH customer switching packages doesn't qualify.

- The person you refer must be a new Vox FTTH customer, and the service must be installed and activated before credit is applied.

- Referrals must be made using the unique link or code generated for you in the Customer Zone.
