Wi-Fi Home Mesh

Designed to cover up to 260 square meters to start and scalable to suit your needs, our Wi-Fi Home Mesh solution expands your Wi-Fi coverage quickly and easily. The Vox Wi-Fi Home meshing kit provides a powerful and simple way to guarantee a strong Wi-Fi signal in every corner of your home – if you need more coverage, simply add another unit.

  • The First Mesh unit connects via ethernet LAN cable to the router to create your Mesh network starting point.  The add-ons can then connect wirelessly or via additional LAN cables.
  • Eliminate weak signal areas once and for all!
  • Enjoy fast and seamless roaming throughout your home.
  • Vox Wi-Fi Home Mesh can handle traffic from the busiest networks, providing lag-free connections for up to 100 devices.
  • The TP-Link Deco’s simple and intuitive parental controls make it easy to keep children safe while they’re online. Create profiles for each family member and set device limits, filters and online time allowances via the Deco app.

You can connect your units wirelessly or via Ethernet cable to experience truly seamless Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home.

How It Works

Features And Benefits

  • Whole home Wi-Fi coverage

Covering up to 260 square metres, the Vox Wi-Fi Home Mesh kit is the easiest way to guarantee a strong Wi-Fi signal in every corner of your home. Simply add more units to extend coverage.

  • Seamless roaming with one Wi-Fi network name

Meshing means the units work together to form one unified network. Your phone or tablet automatically connects to the fastest unit as you move through your home, creating a truly seamless Wi-Fi experience.

  • No more buffering

Thanks to 802.11ac wireless technology, the network speeds are three times faster than previous generation routers, making Mesh Wi-Fi capable of providing lag-free connections to up to 100 devices.

  • Connect wirelessly or via Ethernet cable

Vox Wi-Fi Home Mesh works wirelessly, but if your house is designed with wired Ethernet, hardwiring your units is always the preferred option for increased network stability.

  • Self-install with ease

TP-Link Deco units are fast and easy to install. Just unpack the system, download the Deco app, follow the on-screen directions and you're all set.

  • Robust parental controls

Manage your Wi-Fi network from the palm of your hand with the Deco app. Easily create a profile for each family member and set device limits, filters and
    online time allowances.

Frequently Asked Questions

The two-pack can connect up to 100 devices and you can include up to eight units in your home if more coverage is needed. A Vox Wi-Fi Home Mesh network can handle a mix of IoT products, smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and peripherals, such as wireless printers.

While you could use a single mesh unit as a stand-alone router, Vox Wi-Fi Home Mesh works best when multiple units work together as part of a system. One two-pack has a range of up to 260 square metres and most homes will benefit best from the two-pack configuration. For larger coverage, you can add up to eight units to the initial two.

The Vox Wi-Fi Home Mesh pack includes two identical units that can be placed wherever you need Wi-Fi most in your home. During setup, you will choose one unit to serve as your primary device. It will connect to your router to enable Internet access for your home. From there, additional units can be placed in any room, and each unit will automatically detect and configure the others to create a seamless Wi-Fi system.

Unit placement is an important step towards enjoying fast, reliable Wi-Fi. However, placement is not an exact science, and you may have to experiment with your units in different locations for optimal performance.

If your house is designed with wired Ethernet, hardwiring your units is always the preferred option.

As we know, a wired connection is more stable and faster than the wireless connection. Thus, to provide a fast and reliable Wi-Fi network to your room, the wired connection is a good choice if it’s available.
