You can cancel your services via the Customer Zone or by sending an email to cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za
Step 1: Log in to the Customer Zone
Step 2: Enter your Mobile Number
 
             
          Step 3: Enter OTP
 
             
          Step 4: Click on Account / Payments and Billing
 
             
          Step 5: Click Request Cancellation
 
             
          Step 6: Select Service to Cancel
 
             
          Step 7: Select Cancellation Date and Continue
 
             
          Step 8: Complete form with Information and Cancellation Reason, and Continue
 
             
          Step 9: View Completed Cancellation Request
