Learn more about MTN Secondary Location
What is a Secondary Location?
A Secondary Location is somewhere other than the customer’s primary Registered Location. For example, a customer can now have their home address as their primary Registered Location and their work or holiday home address as their Secondary Location.
How does this work?
Customers have the ability to take their MTN approved router and SIM with them on holiday to work or any location should that location have MTN Fixed LTE coverage. The Secondary Location can be captured by the customer on the Customer Zone before they travel to this location. If this is not done beforehand, the SIM will be locked should the router be switched on at that location.
