Downgrades of Telkom LTE package is subject to an administration fee, currently R404.00 excluding VAT.
Rollover on Any-Time data until the end of the following month – Sim Only.
Fair Usage Policy on Inclusive Data:
- Uncapped LTE Business Hours – First 350GB data at up to 10Mbps, thereafter 50GB data at up to 4Mbps. Therafter uncapped data at up to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.
- Uncapped LTE All Hours 20Mbps – First 500GB data at up to 20Mbps, thereafter 50GB data at up to 4Mbps. Therafter uncapped data at up to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.
- Uncapped LTE All Hours 30Mbps – First 600GB data at up to 30Mbps, thereafter 50GB data at up to 4Mbps. Therafter uncapped data at up to 2Mbps for the remainder of the month.
