Special Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to all Vox Kiwi Wireless products
- Ad-Hoc charges means a once-off fee that Vox will charge the customer for nonstandard items such as specialised brackets and installations that require cable runs of more than 20m.
- The service is subject to a physical site survey and a signed Landowner Consent form.
- The standard contract term in the Service Order is quoted in months, which term is binding with 30 days’ notice for cancellation after expiration.
- Clawback amount applicable if cancelled before 12 Months after implementation.
- All Equipment installed (Antennae, PoE & Router) will remain the property of Vox.
- Broadband services are best effort services, contended at 10:1 and without any SLAs.

Vox Kiwi is a Fixed Microwave Connectivity solution utilizing the latest microwave technology to bringing you a Fibre like experience in your home, where Fibre cables are not available.
Vox Kiwi uses the latest Microwave technology – meaning we will be installing a Antennae on your roof as oppose to using a Fibre Cable – This is however a high quality product that boast Fibre like performances with Low Latency, Jitter and High Throughput.
With Vox Kiwi we will be installing a outdoor antennae (26.2cm x 28.7cm x 5.1xm), PoE and Indoor Wi-Fi Router.
This service offers Unlimited Data – Uncapped, Unshaped and no Fair Use Policy.
You can use our Vox Coverage map, however we will still need to complete a desktop feasibility and Site Survey to determine complete feasibility.
Yes we will require permission from the landlord to mount our equipment (We pride ourselves in neat and tidy installations).
No the Fixed Microwave equipment (Outdoor Antennae and PoE) including the indoor Wi-Fi router will always remain the property of Vox, this will need to be returned to Vox upon cancellation, any damages, theft or non-return of these units will result in an additional cost to you.
